Two kinds of table, and a date that separates them
For most of this building's existence, playing blackjack in New York City meant sitting at a machine. The property's licence did not extend to staffed table games, so the tables were automated: the public record describes four of them, with baccarat played from real cards dealt inside a cabinet and roulette run, in the operator's own words, on a real ball and a real wheel. Live dealer tables opened on 28 April 2026 after the state commission granted a full casino licence the previous December. Both formats are still listed as products, which makes this one of the clearer places to see what a dealer actually changes and what stays exactly the same.

What the electronic tables cover
The published list is baccarat, blackjack, Big Six Wheel, craps, roulette, three-card poker and Ultimate Texas Hold'Em, and the venue's own questions page adds sic bo. The pitch made for the format is no shuffle pauses and no pressure from other players.
What the dealer does not change
The payout schedule of a game decides its long-run margin, and a person dealing it does not alter that. What changes is pace, the ability to ask a question, and how obvious your own decisions feel — which are real differences, just not mathematical ones.
One room publishes its stakes
The high limit Baccarat Club page gives baccarat at 50 and 100 dollars, blackjack at 25 and roulette at 20, and describes real-card baccarat alongside electronic blackjack. Those figures describe that lounge on 25 August 2026 and say nothing about the main floor.
