Cards and paper

A loyalty card is a measuring instrument first

The card handed out at the rewards counter is often described as a discount scheme, and it is more accurate to think of it as a meter. What it does first is record how much you played, and everything else the programme offers is generated from that record. The Queens venue makes the mechanism unusually legible because its published rules describe two entirely separate ways of being counted, one for machines and one for tables, and because the whole floor runs on printed vouchers with an expiry date on them. This page sets out what the operator publishes about all of that. We publish no offer values, because we hold no account and could not verify one.

What the published terms say

From the venue's membership rules and its frequently asked questions, both retrieved on 25 August 2026. Quoted in substance, not verbatim, and not tested by us.

💳

Machines read the card; tables need a person

The rules group slot, video lottery terminal and electronic table play together and put the burden on the member to insert the card correctly. For table games the published rule is that you present the card to table games management, so being rated there is a conversation rather than a sensor.

🧾

Vouchers expire after 365 days

A slip printed when you cash out may be redeemed at a redemption kiosk or the cage within 365 days of its printed date. Offers reach members the same way, printed at a rewards kiosk using the card and a PIN, and only a primary card can print one.

🚫

Points are not money

The published terms state that points carry no cash value, cannot be exchanged for currency and remain the property of the company, and that accounts with no qualifying activity may be treated as inactive. An accumulated balance is a marketing artefact, not a savings account.

📇

Enrolment is a data decision

The terms describe consent to the collection, use, transfer and disclosure of personal data across the company and its affiliates for business, regulatory, marketing and responsible gaming purposes, with contact by post, email, telephone, SMS and surveys. The venue separately says offers are generated from individual play history.
